As a resident of California, you are entitled to specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). These rights include:

    • Details on the types of personal information we have sold or shared, along with the categories of third parties who received this information.
    • The types of personal information disclosed for business reasons and the parties who received such information.
    • The purposes behind collecting, selling, or sharing your personal information.
  • Right to Deletion: You have the authority to request the deletion of your personal information under certain conditions.
  • Right to Correction: If any personal information we hold about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected.






    If you are submitting a request on their behalf, you must provide proof of your authority.

    This includes:

    1. Submitting a copy of the California resident’s written permission, such as a power of attorney, which clearly shows your authorization to make a consumer rights request for them.
    2. Providing your contact details (email address or mailing address) for verification purposes. We will use these details to reach out to you and request a copy of the California resident’s written authorization.
    3. Understanding that if the provided written authorization seems insufficient, we will contact you using the contact information you’ve given for additional verification.

    Additionally, we may need to verify the identity of the California resident and confirm your authorized status to make the request on their behalf. This verification will occur before we provide a direct response to you.
